Our Partners at the Morristown Unitarian Universalist Fellowship celebrate Earth Day

This past Sunday, Earth day, many members of the Morristown Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (MUUF) added different colored pins to the map displayed. The pins indicate the various great actions many of members are taking to reduce their carbon footprint including: getting a home energy audit, switching to green electricity, having solar panels in your home, having an electric or hybrid car, or other carbon reducing or earth friendly actions. Many also added a clear pin committing to try and take one further step in the future. If you did not have a chance to put pins on the map that reflect what earth friendly things you are doing or plan to do, please stop by this coming Sunday to add your pins. While you are there, come to the 9 and 11 am services that will focus on the disastrous impact of food waste on us and our environment, and what we can do about it. If you can't make it to MUUF, but would like more info on any of the previously mentioned actions, comment here or contact me in some other way. Your actions can make a difference and it certainly is better than just complain how our planet is being destroyed.
